Procedure for Complaints
Our aim is to provide the best possible service to our patients. However, we do realise that occasionally mistakes or misunderstandings may happen and in such an event we will do our best to resolve the problem.
If you have any complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff working for this Practice, you are entitled to ask for an explanation. We have a COMPLAINTS POLICY and a COMPLAINTS LEFLET that will give you more information.
Our practice manager will be pleased to discuss any problems you may have on an informal basis and advise you how to proceed if you are still dissatisfied. Please contact them either in writing or by telephone on 020 8303 5353 at the Westwood Surgery.
